Enescu competition: online rounds
It was a delight to be admitted to the Enescu competition 2020–21. The first two rounds were judged by recording due to Covid.
It was a rather strange experience making these recordings and I was under a lot of time pressure and stress. I did many takes of the first round, when I was very tired (and I admit, eating chocolate between takes to stay awake). I ran late with the second round and only had one take of Beethoven's sonata and Robert Schumann's Humoresque.
Perhaps one day I will write about how I feel and think when I am recording.
